Powerschool

PowerSchool is Harding Charter Preparatory's student information system, used to record and track student records, including grades and attendance. It’s an award-winning system that allows educators and administrators to effectively and conveniently manage student records. It also allows us to share attendance and grade information with parents. To check the status of your student's grades and attendance, to be able to contact teachers, and view announcements, visit the website:

If you do not have a Username and Password, please fill out the HCP PowerSchool Log On Form(pdf),and return to the HCP Office to get access

Once you have access and are logged in, you will see:

  • Student's attendance, by class period, for the previous and current weeks

  • toolbar at the top of the screen that allows you to navigate to other pages

To email a teacher in PowerSchool: click on the teacher's name (written in blue), under subject taught.

This takes you to another page that lists the assignments for that particular class and the specific grade your student made on each assignment. The due date for each of these assignments is also listed. If an assignment is written in blue, you may click on it to read a description of that assignment, written by the teacher.
