The HCPES Parent Organization is dedicated to supporting our school, building community, and showing appreciation for our incredible staff. By joining, you’ll stay in the loop about upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to get involved throughout the year.
What We Do:

Support Our Teachers & Staff– Throughout the year, we provide breakfast, lunch, snacks, or small treats to show appreciation for our amazing teachers and staff. We also help make Teacher Appreciation Week extra special.

Host Major Events – Each year, we organize two big events: our Bronco Bash (a fun-filled school carnival), and our Bronco Ball (a lively family dance night).

Fundraising – We raise funds through various fundraisers including Penny Wars, spirit wear, and give-back nights at local restaurants.

Community Engagement – We pitch in at family work days and help make school-wide events like Meet the Teacher, Literacy Night, and STEM Night a success.

Monthly Meetings – We meet once a month, usually on the last Thursday of the month from 6-7pm. General meetings are open to all members.
